I didn’t come to skincare from a place of glowing confidence—I arrived raw, inflamed, and utterly lost. Years of cystic acne, rosacea flares, and chronic hives had me ricocheting between well-meaning estheticians and dermatologists who offered quick fixes that left my skin—and spirit—more fragile than before. I remember avoiding mirrors, convinced I was “ugly,” unheard, and invisible in my own life. The desperation to heal myself was so intense that it became a full-time quest.

That pain turned into purpose when I decided to become the expert I couldn’t find.

Science & Soul

• Microbiology & Nutrition – My formal studies taught me to decode the skin-gut-immune conversation at a cellular level.

• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand – Immersed in yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic medicine, I learned how movement, breath, and botanicals restore inner and outer harmony.

• Culinary Arts – Crafting nutrient-dense food showed me how flavor and function intertwine, and how what we eat textures the very canvas of our skin.

• Regenerative Farming & Soil Work – Years spent nurturing living soil deepened my respect for ecosystems—whether below our feet or on our faces.

• Certified Reiki Practitioner - This subtle energy work is thoughtfully woven into each treatment I offer. This unseen layer enhances every treatment, helping you not only look more radiant, but feel more whole.

At Rooted – Integrative Esthetics, every protocol is a dialogue between evidence-based technology and the ancient rhythms of nature. I weave fascia release, lymphatic work, microcurrent, and targeted actives with breath, touch, and ritual.
